This was my third run.
Now, with my third run behind me, I finally understand what “runner’s high” really means. I haven’t felt it in years — since I stopped really running 5–6 years ago. But now I remember: the joy, the freedom, the rhythm. That’s why I used to love it so much.
The first one? I made it — kept it fun, easy, and just for me. The second, I ran with H. And… well, I got a little annoyed (him too, apparently). I apologized with a card in the evening — honestly, running next to him made me emotional. He’s an incredible runner, many half marathons, and hopefully this year his first full marathon — NYC, Tokyo, Berlin, London (all charity possibilities more than welcome to invite us (he runs, I cheer).
So here’s the plan: until my 30th birthday next month, I’m dedicating some space on my blog to all the things I want to do before, Ea Vol 3‑0.
One of them: 10k on January 2026.
Running has now officially become part of my weekly routine, and I’m loving it. If you want to follow my process, subscribe — it’s going to be fun, challenging, and hopefully personal journey that inspire you.
xx, Ea
